No. Tell us what you want to achieve, what is getting in the way, and who it is for. You can explain it in everyday language. We help work out the technical approach.
What does a request include?
Submitting a request is free. We review feasibility, dependencies, risks, and likely costs. Within 72 hours, we respond with a decision, a clarification request, or a next step. Approved requests receive a scope, timeline, and quotation. The review is not a commitment to a full build.
How much will the finished project cost?
There is no fixed price list. After we receive and analyze your free request, the financial assessment produces a quote with a fixed implementation price and variable monthly or usage pricing. We send that quote for your approval before any build. Quotes are in CAD or USD, and third-party and operating costs are identified in the quote.
How do I stay involved?
Your private workspace keeps messages, files, estimates, milestones, approvals, and payments together. You review key decisions as the project moves forward, then receive the finished product and documentation. Ongoing support is optional.
